Whiteout at Hills and Dales

The world was white when I woke up.  A thick, sticky snow had fallen–the kind that coats trees and weighs down branches, and which, I discovered, brings out mostly two kinds of people:  sledders and photographers.  It drew me out to a two hour walk through the neighborhood parks near here: from Hills and Dales through Friendship park, Elizabeth Gardens and Loy park.  Here are some photos from the Hills and Dales metropark.
