The day after

First snowfalls–real snowfalls, where blades of grass are no longer in view–make me a bit giddy and photo-happy.  Especially if the day after the snow stops falling is sunny, and blue tree shadows twist across the back yard, and the bits of color that remain visible gleam out from under ice and visually pop against their white backdrop.

If snowfalls (first or otherwise) have the opposite effect on you, I’m sorry.  Don’t torture yourself by scrolling down much further, and instead remember your favorite season: Spring, Summer or Fall.

But–if you do like snow (or just weather in general), view on!
